Good basic hotel. Not badly located.
Breakfast was fairly basic (croissants and spreads). Shower wasn't great.

Hotel is placed in 10-15 minutes from centrum by foot. It is easy to find parking places near hotel on Sunday (they are free of charge on Sunday).
It is a very noise street. Buses, cars, ambulances go all night with awful noise even windows was closed. The sofa sags down. So it is difficult to sleep. The breakfast is poor.

My room was well-equipped and spotless with a really comfortable bed, a very nice en-suite bathroom, a great shower as described. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable. The location was convenient and easy, just 5 min walk from an art museum.

The hotel was situated at the walking distance from Station. All the main tourist attraction was also nearby and can be reached by 15mins walking. The bed was good.
There was no lift in the hotel. The lady at the reception was old and couldn't understand English. Bathroom was bit smelly and breakfast was not good at all. There was no room service.

A family run hotel. People are very nice. Location is OK for us, 10 min. from the railway station and the city center.
No lift in this old building, we had to carry luggage by ourselves the day we checked out because the only staff was busy in doing something else. Breakfast is very basic. Bed is small and uncomfortable.

Great location, less than ten minutes walk from the Station (SMN) and a couple minutes walk from some of the attractions in the city centre. Safe and also easy access to eating places. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was adequate and staff were very friendly and provided useful information. English and Spanish spoken for non-Italian speakers.
Lack of internet access although hot spots are available in nearby cafes.

People there are very kind and helpful. Location is also a highlight. The bedroom is very clean and comfortable enough for the fair price.
The breakfast is not so good if you expect cheese and ham with your basket of bread. The coffee itself, thought, is great. Also, there are no lifts and quite a climb of stairs to get to the bedrooms.
